This page covers two different things, and it is worth keeping them apart: this website, and the AtithiVani product.

This website

atithivani.com is a single static page. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and has no login, no form and no analytics that identify you. Page views are counted in aggregate by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build a profile of you.

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads, as it would for any site using them. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.

If you email us at office@atithivani.com, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.

The AtithiVani product

Where AtithiVani runs at a property, guest personal data is held in Google Firestore in the asia-south1 region — inside India — behind deny-all security rules. Every call carries a recording notice before it begins, a guest can opt out at any point and the opt-out takes effect immediately, and a full audit log is kept of what was accessed and by whom.

A property using AtithiVani is the controller of its own guest data; SARGVISION processes it on that property's instructions. If you were called by AtithiVani and want to know what was recorded, ask the property you stayed at, or write to us at office@atithivani.com and we will route it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for access to your personal data, its correction, or its erasure. Write to office@atithivani.com. We answer within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
